Self Realization

"It is my biggest misfortune that I was born in Pakistan."
 I was shocked as I heard a doctor saying this.
"Then in which country on the earth would you have preffered to live on?" I asked, almost certain that he would not be able to answer me.
"Any country- except Pakistan." came his reply, again taking me aback.
Being the biggest patriot on Earth (or so i assume) I decided to dig into my friend's mind.
"So why do you think that Pakistan is not a good country to reside?" i asked, grinning.
"Because Pakistan has given me nothing."
"What YOU have ever given to Pakistan?-anything? right from your birth up till now?"
This is the final question that secures my victory while the opponent starts murmuring that now I am deviating from logic. In either case the truth remains same- glowing like a shining star - It is us, we the Pakistanis themselves, who are going to decide our future ... no outsider will come to guide us, or to reinforce us, or to support us. What we shall give to our motherland, our country- it will return us.
As a lifeline I often ask a question. "Isn't Pakistan like a motherland to us? And if it is would anybody abandon his/her mother if she gets ill or gets severely injured? would you prefer to die with your mother- in an attempt to save her- or you would flee?
The major problem lies in the fact that we are mentally slaves - and their is no slavery worse than the mental one because in it, there are absolutely no chances of improvement or betterment.
We always blame government for our bad fortune. But if we ponder, govt. has very little or nothing to do with what makes us so miserable. The govt. doesn't ask us to do dishonesty, to rob, to do corruption-- we by ourselves are through & through responsible for it. The day we realize the power of Moral values and the power of harmony, peace and unity, the day we will end this age of poverty and misery. But for that we'd have to think above our own priorities - we'd have to take charge of our own lives (before some1 else does).
The day we realize our potential, the day we are a superpower.

"late night eating habit leads to obesity"

This is what has been observed and calculated through research and experiments.

During daytime (early in the morning and till late afternoon) our body's metabolic rate is accelerated as compared to night. This is because during day, we have to accomplish most of our energy requiring task while at night the body is relatively at peace and consequently requires far less calories. That is why nature has set our body's system in the way that during the busy hours of the day, more fuel is burnt than the leisure hours.

Now comes the point. How can we use this fact to reduce our body fat? This is very straight forward and simple. You must have got the idea.

Food that is consumed during night is more likely to cause an increase in fat in your body as compared to the one that is taken in the morning. Though they have same calories, it is your body's performance that determines the breakdown of food .

Compare your body's functioning with that of a car. If the car is going at 60 mph, it will consume more fuel than it will at a speed of 30 mph.

So the mornings are good for you. You can burn properly the food you have taken during early in the day. (But even for that, you have to remain in the limit of your daily caloric intake. Don’t exceed from that limit! For God's sake, DON'T) it will make things easier for you. Try to eat all of your daily quota before 8 P.M.

  • If you have taken something at night (a meal or anything) try to remain awake for at least two hours after that if possible. During that two hour time, try to do some light exercise. (a walk at a moderate speed for twenty minutes after half an hour of the meal will do the job)

Don’t bother yourself by remaining awake only because you have taken the meal. Instead schedule your routine in such a way that you complete your eating at least a couple of hours before going to bed.

Loosing Fat and "10, 20 , 30 Formula"

What it is about?
Obesity, or overweight , is becoming more and more common now a days, thanks to the easy life style and more availability of refined food. The consequences? increased risk of heart diseases, diabetes and other problems involving each and every organ of the body.

Though the true cause of obesity lies in the genetic make-up, the increased food intake is always related to increased chance of becoming obese.

10, 20, and 30 formula
Somewhere I read this 10, 20 , and 30 formula and thought to share it. So here it is. It consists of 3 simple steps (10, 20 and 30) . They are easy to understand and follow.
1. Ten (10)
In this step, all you have to do is to think!. Yes! you have to think for only 10 minutes. Think about all those problems that obesity is causing for you. (like ruined figure, uncomfortable feelings, health risks etc etc). Don't do anything else. Just sit and think how you can change your entire life style by mere changing your weight. Devote at least 10 minutes (and hence the name) a day for this step.
Caution;
Don't become obsessed or feel tens because of your fat. Remember, this is temporary. If you are determined to get rid of it-you will, eventually. Don't feel burdened as well. You have time now! . Taking action right now will save you from many, many discomforts in the future.

2. Twenty (20)
Now this is a little practical than the former- cut your food intake by 20 %. Remember if you are serious in dropping pounds then you have to fight on both of the frontiers- Diet and Exercise. You can not empty a bucket till you stop its filling. otherwise no matter how much you pull out, it will fill again. Got the point? So simply calculate your caloric intake and minus its 20 %.

Caution;
Again, don't become too much concerned. Now you are on the track- you will eventually achieve your target. 20% is more than sufficient. Don't skip too much, it will cause you trouble.


3. Thirty (30)

This is the last, and may be the most useful, part of our plan. As I wrote before, fight both frontiers. So, each day, give at least 3o minutes to some physical exercise. ( walking is the best ) . Brisk walking will give the perfect out come but if you can't, simple walk is enough. (but make sure not to spend less than half an hour a day ).

Caution;
Don't start with heavy work outs. Go slow and steady



Note : I personally used it and lost 17 kgs (37 lbs) in about 100 days. It worked for me...

DIPOLAR THEORY OF GRAVITATION



It can be seen from the general gravito magnetic force lines around the rotating spherical mass that the latitude angular dependent force of gravito magnetism actually can force the matter around the rotating galaxy toward the equatorial plane.
This means that the matters ejected through the poles by the jet mechanism especially the ones that drift away from the rotation axis can actually come back to the equatorial plane to recycle the whole process again.
Those matters that are on the way of coming back toward the equatorial plane will not be visible because of the lack of the force that can make them stay in the same location for a long enough period of time for the condensation and the gravitation and also because of the significant reduction of the collision cross section between the incoming and outgoing particles off the course from the axis of rotation.
So there is a strong possibility that the dark matters are not only populated around the equatorial plane but also around the whole space surrounding the rotating galactic center like a halo(dark matter halo). They are there but can not be visible. There is an issue of the visibility of the dark matters when they are made of gases and dusts. However, in the jet mechanism, because of its sudden expansion of the volume when they are ejected from the port of the poles, there is a strong chance that the matters will be cooled down quickly and condensed into a much bigger size than gases or dusts.
The force lines in the gravito magnetic concept of dipole gravity makes it a lot clearer on how the matters will behave around the strongly gravitating rotating ultra compact stellar objects.
Due to the point source nature of the active galactic nuclei compared to the sheer size of the volume of the galaxy itself, matters ejected from the ports form a distribution function in such a way that the outgoing flux density is constant, which is the main cause of the flat rotational velocity curves observed in the spiral galaxies.
Of course, this density distribution function is valid only up to the point where the finite boundary of the dark matter halo ends. Naturally, it is expected that the distribution function will be a sharply decreasing function than the typical 1/r as it comes close to the boundary of the dark matter
